Coordinated School Health

The Coordinated School Health is designed to integrate the physical, social and mental health of students during their educational journey. The CSH model is intended to work together with students, families and community to improve educational, physical and emotional outcomes. There are eight components to the CSH approach that work together to improve the lives of students, their families and the community.
